Stradivarius is a women's clothing fashion brand from Spain owned by the Inditex group.

Helen shared her experience, "I bought a jumper from Stradivarius, it looked scruffy in a few days with the wool bobbling and piling. I live 100 miles from a store and asked to return it by post. This was refused. I explained it was too far to travel and was told to contact customer service. They told me to email them with photos. After two weeks I had no reply. I resent the email stating that I would go to trading standards if they failed to reply. I then got a standard reply telling me to return it to store!. Poor service, no customer care."

"No sé qué pasará con esta marca pero todas las personas cercanas a mí e incluida mi experiencia, han sido espantosas. El trato por parte de los compañeros fue de chiste. Te gritaban desde la caja sin motivo alguno y delante de todos lo clientes, te ninguneaban y te pisoteaban todo lo que podían. Los encargados te hacían de menos y ni una sola vez te sonreían o eran amables contigo. Solo trabajé los findes de un mes. El mes más largo de mi voda Cons: Toda la experiencia fue denigrante."

"Nadie te explica nada, te dejan sola con 3 y hasta 4 zonas, las personas que llevan mas tiempo están mirando o arriba en almacén sentadas hablando y tomando café, mientras las personas nuevas trabajan, a veces las cajas están vacías y los clientes desatendidos, y dicen que firmes un papel y pum! es un despido sin avisarte con antelación, y sin haber hecho nada, solo porque sobra personal. JAMÁS se me ocurrirá volver a la tienda a trabajar, he trabajado como modelo para la marca y todo bien, pero como dependienta, de pena todo!"

"Trabajé durante la temporada de rebajas en verano con un contrato de "ayudante de dependienta", aunque todavía no sé a qué dependienta estaba ayudando porque todas hacíamos el mismo trabajo. Algunos/as compañeros/as (sobre todo los que están fijos) te tratan mal y se aprovechan de que eres nuevo (no todos, algunas compis sí que te ayudan). El sueldo es mínimo y se trabajan un montón de horas extras que no te pagan, si no que te las dan como descanso cuando terminas el contrato (cosa que ya no sirve de nada): mi contrato era de 24 horas y la primera semana eché 52. Todos los días se echa media hora mínimo extra en el cierre que no te pagan. Los horarios te los dan de una semana para otra y te impiden tener otra vida a parte del trabajo. No valoran a los trabajadores, especialmente a los nuevos, y hay muchísima carga de trabajo. Solo merece la pena como primer empleo para ahorrar algo de dinero y buscar otra cosa. Cons: Salario bajo, horarios, ambiente de trabajo malo"

"Nada recomendable, pésima gestión por parte de los encargados y "jefes", nada compatible con tu vida privada por que vives en la tienda (aun estando a 25h semanales). Una si no la peor experiencia laboral de mi vida, buena relación con compañer@s. Total anarquía con los horarios ya que en mi estancia me lo llegaban a cambiar tres veces a la semana, así es imposible organizarse ni el desayuno ya no digamos una escapada de fin de semana... los encargados te tratan fatal... en definitiva, la peor experiencia laboral de mi vida. Cons: Compañer@s, me llevo buenos amigos de la tienda."

"ordered a pair of jeans and was sent the wrong item. customer service were useless in helping me sort out the issue and the issue remains unresolved. they told me to go to a store to sort out the problem but it’s lockdown. so how am i meant to do that ? and its their fault for sending me the wrong item. not mine. very disappointed"

"I ordered a top and a pack of two tracksuit bottoms from Stradivarius just over three weeks ago and I received my order within a couple of days, however, I am only in receipt of the top and one pair of the tracksuit bottoms which are poorly sized. Three weeks on I have still not had any correspondence or updates on these missing tracksuit bottoms which is convenient saying that the money has left my account. Customer service have been about as much use as a chocolate toaster as I have only received automated emails and when I phoned I didn't get to speak to a member of staff and ended up having to end the call due to the long time I had waited. Can honestly say that I will not be shopping from Stradivarius again."

"Awful customer service! In the beginning of Jan I bought a few items from Stradivarius website. One of the items they sent me was wrong and the other one wouldn't fit me. I have contacted customer service several times to return the wrong items and get a refund but they never replied."

(Been waiting all morning as I received the message saying it will be delivered on Saturday between 10-1) haven’t received my delivery! Contacted customer service and they told me to contact Royal Mail myself! Sorry that’s you who chose courier (who doesn’t update you about anything... are they going to deliver it other day ? ) so that should be you who’s checking it not me ...."

"I am so disappointed!!! I have ordered coat from 22/12/2020 and still haven't recived I have tried to contact customer service 2 times they sending emails to wait of check tracking number. Tracking service says in transit from the 23/12/2020. Customers service is so crap I will never ever get anything online from this shop..."

I want to return it but nor the app or the web are giving me the option of retuning items, and there’s no human way to contact customer service. There is not any Stradivarius nearby, plus all the stores are closed due to Covid lockdowns. What the hell am I supposed to do now?"

"Received an email to say my order had been shipped and that i would receive a tracking number shortly, which a week on has not been received. My order was due to be delivered between the 12th and the 15th but still no sign. Customer service was disgraceful i have received no reply, waited 30+ minutes or just told that my order will be with me shortly. I have never had a problem with delivery up until now, very disappointed."

"Non-existent customer service. I have emailed three times and messaged them via their Facebook page regarding returning something and have heard nothing. To make a return, their maze-like website says I have to make an account to do so, fair enough. It then gives these instructions: Did you receive your order at a drop point or at home? In this case, follow the steps indicated under the “Drop off return” option on the website (in the “My Orders” section of your user account) or on the App (in the “My Purchases” section on Wallet). Once the request has been made, you will receive a label for you to print and stick to the outside of the package being returned. The "Drop off return" option is NOWHERE to be found because there is absolutely no indication of how to link my order to my account. It is a blatant rip off to discourage people from returning. Definitely avoid ordering from here - I have wasted my money."

"I ordered some clothes online after Christmas as presents- most of it was alright and nice however I ordered a nice white coat, when it arrived it was dirty and smelly- someone actually wear before sending it to me!!! Slightly gross during a pandemic time- I have contacted their customer service and really poor service- I won’t buy online from them"

"If I could give 0 stars to the company, I would. Customer service is nonexistent and absolutely awful when they eventually reply a week later. The company forgot to include two of my orders in my parcel and claim they have included it after a three day investigation. Didn’t get back to me when I asked for proof that they did include the two missing orders from my parcel. They didn’t attempt to resolve my issue. Didn’t offer a refund or a replacement. Didn’t even bother replying to me after they “investigated” that the two missing items were “included” but they weren’t! How could they be included if they aren’t in my parcel? Absolutely appalling!! Do not order from them."

"I was happy with half of my order but sent a lot back. I waited 3 weeks to get an email notification that it arrived and I'm still waiting for the refund - apparently this can take 30 days?? This is much much slower than their retail counterparts (Zara, H&M, ASOS etc.) who, despite doing returns on the same day, all refunded me within 5-7 days MAX. I like the products but, I will only shop in-store from now on."
